2. Listen to a phrase and echo them in your brain.

3. Say the phrase.

4. speed up and finally say it in sync.

5. Repeat the above steps for sentence practice.

6. Practice for 5 minutes a day

練習法：

1.教科書を見て、段落全体を聞いて意味を理解する。

2.フレーズを聞いて、頭の中で反響（エコー）させる

3.フレーズを言う

4.スピードアップして、最後に同時リピート

5.上記の手順を繰り返して文章の練習を行う

6.1日5分程度の練習

1.看教科書聽整段，了解意思。

2.聽詞語，在腦海中回音

3.說詞語

4.加快速度最後同步說出

5.重複以上步驟進行短句練習

6. 每天練習5分鐘
